Lina sold our house in 1 day. There were 2 other homes listed for sale the exact same time on our street. The other two houses had more square footage and upgrades through out their home. Our house did not have many upgrades. Lina sold our house the same day. One of the houses sold a month later with lower price than ours. The second house did not sell at all, and ended up for Rent. Lina is very Professional, Trustworthy, Honest and pleasant to work with. She treated our home as though it was hers with love and care. With our permission, she staged our house beautifully. I have used Lina on two occasions, when I sold my first home in Annandale, VA in 2016 and when I purchased my current home in Fauquier County VA in 2017. When she represented me as a seller, she went out of her way to stage the house, as all my things had already been moved out, using some of her own furniture, and dress up the landscaping to improve its curb appeal, bringing in the landscapers she used for her own home, which was roughly an hour away. House wasn't on the market more than a couple weeks before accepting an offer. Couldn't have been happier as I was not in the area when this this was going on, so I had to trust her completely to sell the house. Made the whole process easy and got my asking price. When I used her again almost two years later to buy my current home, she travelled hundreds of miles on my behalf to preview potential homes, covering 5 counties in the Northern Virginia area. I ended up with my dream home. It was the easiest home purchase process I've experienced (3), and the best agent I'd worked with.

Lina sold my home in 2019 and I was really impressed with her professionalism. She had great communication and organizational skills. Where she really shined was her ability to stage my home. She did a fantastic job and had my place looking amazing. I was concerned that my place wouldn't sell during a down market but she was able to sell it. Highly recommend her, especially for luxury homes!

Lina Ayers is a GREAT realtor! Throughout the buying process, she was more interested in finding the exact right place for me than she was in the sale itself.
